2. Project Initiation

Once a project has started, including planning, design, development, or resource allocation, the payment made is non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The project has not been started
  • No resources have been allocated
  • A written refund request is submitted within the agreed timeframe

4. Milestone-Based Payments

For milestone-based projects, payments made for completed or active milestones are non-refundable.

5. Delays & Client Responsibility

EzWebApp is not responsible for delays caused by the client, including delayed feedback, incomplete information, or changes in project scope. Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

6. Subscription or Maintenance Services

Payments for recurring services such as maintenance, support, or subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

7. Refund Approval

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. EzWebApp reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
